Recommendation || Influence || Purchase Decision || Omni channel analytics || Live chats role

The role of opinion maker has shifted from nearest one within home to Omni channel and will increasingly shift to put more on encrypted services.

Today an organisation needs single solution for analyzing data from every route of channel, to cover the entire Omni-channel experience. This data can further be segregated department wise to make decision on every routed channel.
This aggregated data, can show you which parts of your Omni-channel strategy are failing to satisfy your customers, and therefore the concern functional team can take actionable ideas for making the experience as cohesive as possible.
It is essential to know what exactly is needed and also how that need has come to that very customer. The historical purchase, buying trends will lead you further service in right way. The concerned functional team must filter by data source if they want to look more closely at one channel, or to segment by users across all channels.
As a central platform for consistently and accurately analyzing customer feedback from any and all channels, analytics provides the insights your customer experience management team needs to tackle the Omni-channel.

It requires having clear data to prove which areas of the website and other marketing campaigns most directly influence the experience customers have. It requires looking at marketing channels not based on conversions or revenue, but on how those marketing channels correlate with metrics like customer satisfaction or customer loyalty.

In a 2018 survey of businesses, Buffer found that only 29% had effective social media marketing programs. A recent survey of consumers by Tomoson found 92% of consumers trust recommendations from other people over brand content, 70% found consumer reviews to be their second most trusted source, 47% read blogs developed by influencers and experts to discover new trends and new ideas and 35% used blogs to discover new products and services. Also, 20% of women who used social considered products promoted by bloggers they knew. Today, businesses and consumers use social media to make their purchase decisions.[ media report ]

Why is it important to understand the Omni channel experience? || For Recommendation

Now i wont discuss here with the Jaccard similarity index method which compares members for two sets for similarity, dissimilarity and distance of the data set. Jaccard coefficient  used for keyword similarity in analytics used for recommendation .

Consumers interact with Products every day, small inferences, small observations, friendly packaging, useful packaging (hooks used in Gel shower bottle) all finally gets associated with brands in a multitude of ways. It affects their purchase decision.  There are various channels include advertising, the Internet, social media, surveys, direct mail, phone calls, emails, in store experiences, ratings and review sites, and countless more. Providing a consistent customer real experience across these channels is critical for maintaining a positive brand identity. Hence real time experience is highly important. Customers are shifting to encrypted services. Role of live chats are crucial. And also right tool for company to interact with many customers in real time.
·        Omni channel definition identifies which channels your organization will focus on and how those channels will be integrated to provide a seamless experience.
·        Omni channel marketing ensures that messaging and branding are consistent among channels. It also includes tying different channels together (for example, social media and the web site) for promotional experiences.
·        Omni channel distribution refers to the operational processes that allow customers to view, order, and receive goods and services through any channel smoothly.
Businesses may face budget cuts due to poor sales, expense increases or other factors. And often times, one of the first places businesses look to tighten their purse strings is in the areas of marketing and customer experience.
When budget cuts hit your customer experience project.
Maintain a Customer-Centric Mentality
A customer-centric approach across different sectors of the business and finding ways to make small changes collectives to improve capital ex is a first objective  that organizations should consider.
It is recommended, analyzing your existing customer data to identify the leading reasons people call into a contact center, then develop solutions to deflect those calls to lower cost channels such as chat, messaging or self-service.
You can use existing data to drive new revenue streams.
With the marketing team to improve the messaging, targeting and effectiveness of their campaigns.
You can also work with the product team to ensure the desirability and quality of products.
“Once you identify areas of improvement, share those insights across the company to help catalyse decisions that will save money, open up new revenue streams and reduce risk.
With leaders from every sector of the business coming together to make small changes to improve the customer experience, the whole organization can continue to provide positive customer experiences.
The key to maintaining strong Capex with minimal resources is to identify the project primary objectives –– and then implement strategies.

Agile Marketing Your Way Across the Next ..,

  • Use Data to Establish Capex Priorities

The best strategy for maintaining a strong customer experience despite budget cuts is ensuring the cuts don't affect the most important aspects of the capex. This is harder to do than say because it requires having clear data to prove which areas of the website and other marketing campaigns most directly influence the experience customers have.
  • It requires looking at marketing channels not based on conversions or revenue, but on how those marketing channels correlate with metrics like customer satisfaction or customer loyalty.

For example, if you find that your email marketing drives the highest amount of customer loyalty (as measured by site engagement, repeat sales, referrals, etc.), then email marketing should be the least affected by budget cuts. You can get , likely need to get more granular as you cut the budgets.

Does it matter which customer matrix you choose?

Focus on Expense Reduction

·          Focus on the expense-reducing (rather than revenue enhancing)

·        Conventional wisdom suggests an enhanced  Capex comes at greater expense, but that’s not always the case, The   fact is, a better experience and lower costs can actually go hand-in-hand.

·        Sub-par customer interactions invariably trigger additional customer contacts that are simply unnecessary (e.g., follow-up calls from customers who didn’t receive a timely call back, new calls from customers who can’t understand a bill or proposal they received).

·        Focusing your   initiatives to more effectively bring in new customers and remove needless points of sales friction are important strategies for marketing teams to ensure budget cuts have minimal effect on sales performance.

·        Customers don’t like to waste time being bounced around between channels, or being asked to perform inconvenient tasks like print, scan or visit physical branches. These poor customer journeys cause customers to lose interest and drop out of sales funnels, ultimately resulting in lost sales.

·        By adopting solutions that remove unnecessary touchpoints and create a streamlined on-boarding experience for the customer, companies move new business through the pipeline quickly, and in turn, see a steadier revenue stream.

Studies suggest that at most companies, as many as a third of all customer contacts are unnecessary — generated only because the customer had a failed or unfulfilling prior interaction, according to Picoult. Organizations with large customer bases can have hundreds of thousands of these unneeded transactions. If marketing can eliminate this expense, they may convince the CFO to restore the budget for selected capex improvement activities.
